ANNUAL FUND FIRST 2010-2011
Please remember to give to the Annual Fund First!! The Annual Fund is the first and most important gift we ask of our school families; it supports a myriad of programs, supplies, equipment, and opportunities for our students and faculty that are not covered by tuition. All independent schools require additional funds (an Annual Fund) to operate. St. Andrew's Annual Fund goal this school year is $675,000. Every gift counts and we need high parent participation! Give online today. Through our many parent volunteers, who give so generously of their time and energy, we enhance our students’ education and experiences at St. Andrew’s. And thanks to the financial generosity and support of our families and community, St. Andrew's students continue to thrive under the extraordinary leadership and expertise of our esteemed faculty and benefit from a diverse and challenging curriculum. With the support of our community, our students are connected to life and all the richness it has in store for them.
Financial gifts from St. Andrew’s supporters provide the only non-tuition source of income for the school. As an independent school, St. Andrew’s receives no financial support from federal, state, or local governments, or from the Episcopal Diocese. Tuition and fees do not cover all of the school’s operating budget, thus requiring us to seek funding from other sources. We depend heavily on a strong Annual Fund to maintain operations as well as additional contributions to various Capital projects, our critical Financial Aid Program, and the Endowment Fund. Estate gifts to The Bailey Society additionally support the school.
We invite you to explore the many opportunities that are available for you at St. Andrew’s and we look forward to your involvement!
