St. Andrew's Director of Athletics Jeff McCrary was recently elected by his peers as the new President of the Southwest Preparatory Conference (SPC) Athletics Directors. As such, he will remain a member of the Operations Committee.
McCrary, who has served in his current capacity as athletic director since 2013 will, along with the Commissioner Bob Windham, preside over all matters related to the Conference. In addition, he will closely collaborate with the other SPC schools.
“The appointment of Jeff McCrary as leader of the SPC Athletic Directors is a well-deserved honor,” Head of School Sean Murphy said. “Under his leadership, the conference will only continue to strengthen and move towards new heights.”
McCrary succeeds Tim Jones of Trinity Valley School and begins his new position this summer.
The SPC is an athletic conference consisting of 16 private high schools in Texas and Oklahoma. For more information visit the official SPC website at www.spcsports.org
