SAS Head of School Search Update: Alumni Session
As valued members of our school community, we are inviting you to participate in the next steps of our hiring process for St. Andrew's next Head of School. St. Andrew's Board of Trustees and Head Search Committee has hired Resource Group 175 (RG175), a national search consultancy focused on school leadership, to help us with this process. We are now reaching out to our full community in an effort to gain as much feedback as possible about the qualities our families, faculty, alumni and students seek in our next Head of School.
Community engagement is a critical component of the search process and participation is key to ensure a broad perspective is incorporated into the decision making process. To that end, we invite you to please take this survey and also join us for an alumni-only Zoom meeting with our RG175 consultants, Doreen Oleson and Coreen Hester, to provide your insights and recommendations.
