Every week the St. Andrew's School Athletics Department will provide insight into a current or former student-athlete, coach, Crusader trivia, or fun fact.
Last week, when the varsity football team took on the Trinity Valley School Trojans in Fort Worth, we came across the Hall Of Fame plaque for our very own Assistant Athletic Director, Molly Blackman.
Blackman played NCAA Division I field hockey at Davidson College, where she was a four-year starter and two-year captain, earning All-Conference, Academic All-American and MVP honors. Prior to her time at the college-level, she was selected as Wendy’s High School Heisman for the state of Texas while at her high school alma mater before being enshrined into the 2002 induction class.
