    Get Ready for Summer at St. Andrew's

    It's time to start thinking about your summer plans - that means summer camp at St. Andrew's! Our summer camp is open to everyone, so feel free to invite a friend or family member who doesn't attend our school.
     
    What: Summer at St. Andrew's camp
    When: June 3-July 19, 2019. *Camp will be closed July 1-5.
    Who: Open to all Austin youth ages 4-18 - invite friends to join you!

    How to register:
    1) Download the camp catalog to read camp details and make your selections before registering
    2) Visit www.sasaustin.org/summer. Click on the yellow "Register" button to begin the process. (You can also download the camp catalog on this page.)
       
    Camp highlights include:
    • Sports Camps such as basketball, lacrosse, and soccer taught by our St. Andrew's coaching staff
    • Classes by Mad Science Camp, Camp Einstein Idea Lab
    • Creative Animation with Austin School of Film
    • Musical Theater Camp with St. Andrew's teachers, Jason Kruger & Cate Gasco
    • Creative Writing with Badgerdog
    • Sports Plus on the Road with St. Andrew's teachers Tom Costas & Maria Brummer

    All-State Choir Highlights SAS Vocalists

    Making the All-State Choir is an accomplishment unto itself, but St. Andrew’s vocalists had some particularly noteworthy achievements this year. Not only was student Maria Tobias ‘21 a featured soloist in the All-State Choir concert in January, but “St. Andrew’s had the most All-Staters from a single private school or organization in the entire state, which is a huge deal,” remarked Cate Gasco, St. Andrew’s Upper School Choir Director.

    Senior Directed Play Series Wraps This Week

    It’s your last chance to see our senior drama students take their turn in the director’s chair, with this week’s final play “Eurydice.” They’ve already tackled "No Exit" with Hannah Bray '19, “The Heidi Chronicles” with Adrian Almy ‘19, and “A Small Fire” with Sophie Crawford ‘19. Thanks to parent Peggy Keelan for capturing our talented actors on stage!

  • Upper School Choir Returns to Carnegie Hall on March 23

    Every two to three years, since 2004, the St. Andrew’s Episcopal School Choir has answered the call to shine its musical light on the stage of New York’s legendary Carnegie Hall. Their 2019 visit, on Saturday, March 23 at 7 pm, will be their eighth appearance under the auspices of MidAmerica Productions.
