The St. Andrew's Fund

The St. Andrew's Fund supplements the areas of greatest need at St. Andrew's - directly supporting every student and faculty member. Every gift counts for every student!
  • The 2016-17 St. Andrew’s Fund will support technology upgrades that promote equity, stimulate motivation, and encourage deeper problem-solving such as:
    • iPads for the Kindergarten class
    • Motion Math software to K-3 iPads to build math fluency
    • Chromebooks for the entire 6th grade class
    • Upgraded equipment and software in the Upper School Digital Media Lab
  • Facilities updates funded by the 2016-17 St. Andrew’s Fund ensure a safe and comfortable environment, allowing students to focus on their education:
    • Enhanced security personnel and procedures
    • The purchase of a new 70-passenger bus
    • Improvements to the Upper School Cross Country trail and creation of an Upper School walking trail.
    • Creating welcoming and productive spaces for the Middle School Reading Room and Upper School Writing Room
  • By providing opportunities for professional development, the 2016-17 St. Andrew’s Fund will keep faculty engaged with the latest training, as well as supporting better recruiting and retention.
    • The budget for Professional Development will increase by 15% this year. Last year, St. Andrew’s Faculty and Staff attended more than 1,350 hours of professional development!
