The SAS Upper School Cross Country Teams ran in their third race of the season on Friday, September 2 at the AISD Invitational.
Both teams finished in the top three overall, with the girls taking home second place, and the boys coming in third.
Junior Helen Murphy paced all female runners for the third-straight week with a time of 20:24.19, good for seventh overall.
The gentlemen were led by senior Addison Brown and his 17:39.10 finish, yielding him 17th.
In the junior varsity division, the girls took home first place, while the boys wracked up a 4th place showing. Two sophomores led the pack as Grace Ozor crossed the finish line in second (21:58.75), and Kevin Latreille followed up with an 11th place showing (19:23.44) of his own.
