St. Andrew’s is delighted to announce the appointment of
to the position of Head Varsity Girls Basketball Coach/Program Coordinator.
Additionally, Benjamin will continue in her post as Associate Athletics Director/Health & Wellness Coordinator.
Previously, Benjamin led her Middle School Girls Basketball squad to a regular season Austin Inter-Parochial League (AIPL) first place finish, before advancing to the championship contest.
Prior to her time at St. Andrew’s, Benjamin served in a similar capacity at the was the Middle School Athletic Director and Fitness/Wellness Department Chair at The Archer School for Girls in Los Angeles, CA for 11 years.
At Archer, she also coached Varsity Basketball, Softball, and Volleyball as well as served as an academic dean for several years.
Benjamin played collegiately for four years at Trinity University in San Antonio, TX, where she still ranks among the all-time leaders in free-throw percentage.
Following a Bachelor of Science degree from Trinity, the College Station native, obtained her master’s degree at Texas A&M University.
