In Memoriam: Louisa Mahone Donoghue '57 (1944-2015)

Louisa was born in San Angelo on July 17, 1944, to Dortha Wattinger Mahone and John Thomas Mahone. She grew up in Austin on Jarratt Avenue, was a member of the first graduating class of St. Andrew's Episcopal School and graduated from Stephen F. Austin High School. She attended The University of Texas at Austin where she was a member of Kappa Alpha Theta, served as President of Ashbel Literary Society and graduated Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in the Plan II Honors Program. Louisa was a dedicated teacher who taught Texas History in Spring Branch ISD in Houston.
