Use this page as your resource throughout the summer to prepare for the 2021-22 school year.  We are mindful of the ever-evolving situation with COVID-19 and will keep our families updated throughout the summer as it relates to any schedule changes. Please follow the steps outlined below under "Parent Checklist," then review the division-level materials for Lower, Middle, and Upper School. 

Parent Checklist

  • 1. LOGIN TO MYSAS

    • Click the mySAS button in upper-right corner of St. Andrew's website 
    • Enter your username and password from either last school year, or the mySAS admissions system. An updated username may have been sent to you.
    Forgot your username or password?
    • Click Login button, then click link "Forgot login or First time logging in?"
    • On the next screen enter your email address and click the Username and Password boxes. Click Send.
    • You'll receive two emails - one with your username (typically in "firstnamelastname" format), and another email with a link to reset your password. Follow the instructions to reset your password.
  • 1A. UPDATE YOUR PERSONAL CONTACT INFO

    • Click your name, click Profile, edit fields using the pencil icon.
    • If you need help, email help@sasaustin.org
  • 1B. UPDATE YOUR STUDENT(S) CONTACT INFO

    • Click on Children tab, select student name, click Contact Card tab, edit fields using yellow pencil icon. Update emergency contact information for each child. Please list multiple contacts the school can reach out to in an emergency.

  • 1C. SUBMIT YOUR STUDENT(S) MEDICAL INFO VIA MAGNUS HEALTH

    • Click on Resources tab, click the Magnus icon and follow steps.
    • If you need help with Magnus, email service@magnushealthportal.com or call 877-461-6831.
  • 1D. QUESTIONS ABOUT YOUR SMART TUITION BILL?

    If you have any questions regarding your Smart Tuition bill, please contact Susan Gordon (sgordon@sasaustin.org, 512-299-9807) in the Business Office. She will be your point of contact throughout the summer and next school year.
  • 2. REVIEW VISION, HEARING AND SCOLIOSIS TESTS

    All students will be screened at the school during the first trimester of the new school year. You do not need to ask your child's doctor to perform these screenings. Vision and hearing testing is required for the following students:
    • Kindergarten: vision and hearing
    • 1st grade: vision and hearing
    • 3rd grade: vision and hearing
    • 5th grade: vision and hearing
    • 7th grade: vision and hearing
    • Any new 2nd-12th grader: vision and hearing
    Scoliosis testing will be done per Texas State requirements. Parents will be notified prior to screening.

    Please complete this form so that your loved ones can be informed of updates from St. Andrew's, including invitations to events, our school magazine, and more. Also, we will invite Grandparents and Grand-friends to our annual Grandparents' Day in February each year.

    St. Andrew's requires all families of Upper School students purchase one of our recommended laptops with a specific configuration. Typically there are two Dell PC options and one Macbook Air option available.
